Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Right of withdrawal (B2C — 14 days)

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days without justification. Email destek@pratikyedek.com. Refund within 14 days to original card.

2. Subscription cancellation

Cancel from settings panel. Service continues until end of current period. No prorated refunds for mid-period cancellation (TTK).

3. B2B (CPA + Enterprise)

No withdrawal right (TTK commercial contract). 30-day written termination notice.

4. Defective service (TKHK Art. 11)

Free repair / proportional refund / contract cancellation if service fails materially (e.g. >24h downtime in 7 days).

5. Out-of-scope

No refund for: lost passwords/encryption keys (zero-knowledge), contract violations, post-14-day withdrawal.
